Panthera is going to AERO Expo - by air!

The revolutionary new aircraft, Pipistrel Panthera is flying over the Alps to be displayed at AERO Friedrichshafen fair.

By flying the Panthera over the Alps to AERO 2013, Pipistrel will celebrate the success of achieving the first flight of Panthera. So less than a month after the first flight and less than 12 months from the first public presentation at AERO 2012, the Panthera will revisit the fair – by air!


This morning the Panthera took off from airfield in Ajdovščina:

About an hour and a half later, at 12:55 local time, she landed successfully at the airport in Friedrichshafen, at the expo area:

Welcoming aviation enthusiasts and passionate pilots from all over the world, the Panthera will be displayed on external grounds next to hall A2 for the full duration of the show. The design team members and the test pilots will be available by the aircraft throughout the expo to answer all your questions. You are warmly welcome to visit us at the expo area and have a look at the Panthera yourself!
