From 8 to 11 April 2010.
For AERO2010 we have a lot of novelties! There will be 4 aircraft on display:
Sinus - our proven superlong-range motorglider with updated avionics and side-access cargo door option.
Virus SW 100 - with all new features for 2010: side access door for the cargo compartment, all lights now in LED technology by Pipistrel. The LED lights are a statement to our Ecolution concept, minimised energy consumption for maximum efficiency. The lights are 10 times ligher than the previous version, consume 3 times less electrical power and are 5 times brigher! A new option is also high performance wheel brakes with parking brake.
German UL certification will also be available for the time of AERO.
Taurus - another world's first - first glider with an all glass cockpit specially made for superlow consumption and excellent sunlight readabily.
The new generation of glider instrumentation is coming and Taurus is the first to have it! Superior integrability, total data interchange and a much improved situation awareness all around, with flarm, moving map,glider computer, everything! The cockpit can be retrofitted to the existing Taurus, of course.
Apis - second generation with a total rescue system, more comfortable cockpit and more useful payload! Our single seat high performance self-launcher!
There will be another very important announcement.
Serial production version of Taurus Electro will be presented and available for deliveries. Much improved performance, ease of use and practicality comparing to the prototype dispayed last year. Taurus Electro becomes the first serially produced 2 seat electric aeroplane!
Just like last year, we are inviting a lot of Pipistrel's distributors and partners from all around the world, to be able to offer you the best possible service in your native language!
